Kelley Drye Merges with Texas Firm

Kelley Drye & Warren is merging with a Texas law firm known for its environmental litigation practice.

In an announcement Thursday, Kelley Drye said it would add 14 lawyers by bringing Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs, P.C. into its fold.

The deal will employ the newly added lawyers in Houston and Austin, where the firm will go by Kelley Drye Jackson Gilmour & Dobbs through 2017.

Jackson Gilmour is known for its work representing the state of New Jersey in a superfund program to rejuvenate the Passaic River, which had been polluted by companies including Diamond Alkali.
