Masaan fame actor Shweta Tripathi will be seen in filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s production venture Zoo, a feature film to be completely shot on iPhone 6S.
Kashyap is producing the film along with filmmaker Shlok Sharma, who directed Shweta for a film titled Haramkhor.
The movie’s title, Zoo is a metaphor for how people stay in their houses putting grills and think they are safe inside and free, but are actually caged in their own minds and hearts.

Shweta said in a statement: “My character never leaves her house. While we were shooting, there was nobody else who lived in the house. But I chose to stay back and used stay in that penthouse.”
“I am playing the character of a drug addict. She became an addict due to some involvement in an accident that happened in the past. Anurag sir’s concepts are always so approachable, and he keeps pushing us and encouraging us.”

Shweta is paired with Shashank Arora in the film. The 31-year-old actor will soon be seen in Bindass web series title ‘The Trip’ which also stars Lisa Haydon. Shweta will be seen playing a bride-to-be who belongs to a rich family. Her first look was shared on the Facebook page of Bindass. Her character is named Ananya takes her three girl-friends on her bachelorette to a road trip in Thailand, and how the journey changes their relationships and leads to self-discovery, is the main plot of the web-series.
