Hyderabad: Telangana Hajj Committee will return 50 pc of the User Development Fee (UDF) to pilgrims of Hajj 2010. A total of Rs. 37,29,933 will be returned to Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka pilgrims. Each pilgrim will be paid back Rs. 487.
Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor told that in 2010 the then government had announced to waive 50% waiver on the User Development Fee (UDF); as per the announcement, the Central Hajj Committee has begun returning the amount.
