New chairman for ICA
The Insurance Council of Australia ICA has announced the appointment of QBE Group chief operations officer, Colin Fagen, as its president and chairman, effective from 1 January, next year.
Fagen has served as the ICA's deputy president since 2015 and has been appointed president for a two-year term.
He replaces IAG's chief operating officer, Mark Milliner, who will complete his term as interim president on 31 December, 2016, but will remain a board director.
Allianz Australia managing director, Niran Peiris has been appointed as deputy president.
