At least their service center at SM North is diligent…saving grace.
Bad experience this April 2017 with this model so far. The first unit was replaced during its first week warranty period due to failed TV reception/display.
The second unit displays 3 TV channels and showed some other malfunctions like difficulty in connecting to WIFI connections, notification storage is running out even if below 50% usage of space, some SMS not displaying on the LCD screen or not sending out.
Who knows what may pop up in the coming days until I return to their service center and have this resolved.

is not Mediatek MT6580 Chipset, it is spd sc7731 chipset..
I bought this flare j2 dtv last december 4 after two weeks it just shut down itself. When i tried to open again, its all blank! I cant go to the menu! I brought it to the service center and was told that software of flare j2 dtv was damaged! I was adviced that it will take two to three weeks repair! Unfortunately, until now my unit is still in process! (Going to 4 weeks tom.) Im really disappointed about thd unit, the brand and the staff!
