INDORE: A large group of
armed robbers broke into houses of three persons at village Sirsi in Dhar district and made away with
cash and valuables during the
wee hours of Monday.
The accused, while fleeing with the money, reportedly told the victims that they were hand-to-mouth due to demonetisation and were forced to commit the crime.
The incident took place near Ganpur when around 20-25 men, armed with sticks, sharp-edged weapons and guns broke into the houses of Jayram, Balaram Sikdar and Asharam.
