CAB revises method of acquiring Farm’s Best assets

PETALING JAYA: CAB Cakaran Corp Bhd has revised its scheme of acquiring certain assets of Farm’s Best Bhd’s (FBB) wholly owned subsidiary Sinmah Breeders Sdn Bhd (SBSB), resulting in the mutual termination of a letter of intent between the two poultry firms.

CAB said the new method of acquisition that saw four sale and purchase agreements (SPAs) being signed last week would serve as a better fit for the company’s intended business strategy.
