Goa archdiocese replies to I-T dept

PANJI: The archdiocese of Goa and Daman on Tuesday submitted hard copies of the details of its cash balance to the assistant commissioner of income tax (exemptions) circle 1, Mangaluru.
The information was sent by registered post to the office in Mangaluru, following a letter requesting it to urgently collect and submit information regarding the cash balance and demonetized notes in hand, as on November 8, under Section 133 (6) of the Income Tax Act.
Soft copies of the information were sent on Monday
