EXCLUSIVE: Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal triumph through the harsh climate as they shoot Kahaani 2

Here's the EXCLUSIVE behind the scenes video of Vidya Balan, Arjun Rampal starrer, Kahaani 2. The film is directed by Sujoy Ghosh.

If you've seen the trailer of Kahaani 2, you'll be bloody intrigued. The film stars Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampal in a never seen before avatar as they redefine the thriller genre with the help of Sujoy Ghosh. However, it wasn't easy for them to do the same as they had to go through a lot of perils before the film's shooting finally came to an end. BollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY got hands on the making video of the film and it sure looks like they had some hell time with respect to the weather before the film's shooting wrapped up. One thing that we noticed was how despite the crazy stormy weather Sujoy put his leads into, both Arjun and Vidya were a riot. Unfazed by the stormy weather, the cast was very chilled out and made sure the shooting went on as per the schedule of the filmmaker. You can see in the making video that their shoot location was hit by a storm. What started as an light shower soon turned into a rough weather with heavy rains. But despite the weather, the show went on as the cast did their best to wrap up soon. Thanks to the stormy weather, a lot of equipment that were to be used for the film's shooting also got damaged. As you might know by now, lighting is very important when you're rolling. However, because of the stormy weather, the light constantly kept changing. From a sunny day to a sudden gloomy day kept surfacing on the sets. Of course, while all these external issues that kept creating hindrances for the filmmaker, Vidya lightened the mood with her funny antiques. She kept her bubbly mode on as she made everyone crack up with her humour. So much that at one instance she even turned into a traffic police herself! In the video, we spotted her standing in the rain with a cloth on her head as she guided vehicles to go a certain way. Perhaps she was just using her acting skills to crack us up but it looked too real. A throng of crowd was ready and waiting outside the shoot location to get a glimpse of the actors. Clearly, it was quite a challenge for the makers to shoot this film. Catch all the action in the making video attached below.
