It was recently announced that Queen actress Lisa Haydon will be playing the role of Shonali in Bindass’ soon-to-be launched web series – The Trip. And her first look has come out. The Trip is a coming-of-age story of four (girl) friends, who go on a road trip to Thailand. As one of the girls is set to tie the knot, the gang plans a road trip as a part of the bride’s bachelorette. The journey turns into an emotional roller coaster ride that establishes the relationships they share with one another and with their own self! Lisa plays the role of a feisty, free-spirited and an extrovert musician in the series. She is the wildest amongst the four friends and is often responsible for getting them involved in the craziest of adventure. She is a maha jugaadu and is the mastermind behind the road trip. Though she is loud and crazy, she has a soft heart and the bachelorette trip to Thailand helps her in her journey to find herself. Ek Duje Ke Vaaste fame Nami Paul is also a part of the series. He plays lover of Lisa Haydon in this youth series and has just completed the shoot in Thailand. Namik has shot along with Lisa in Gangtok and various other locations of Thailand. The show will go on air in December and the shooting of the show is almost over. Namik has given some really naughty scenes in the series with all the girls in the show and appears shirtless in the show.
