The Board of Directors and all directors guarantee that this announcement does not contain any false statement, misleading presentation or material omission, and they assume personal and joint liability for the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of this announcement.

The Board of Directors (hereafter, "the Board") of Bluestar Adisseo Company (hereafter, "the Company") received written resignation report from Ms. Yang Fang on 15th November 2016. Ms. Yang Fang resigned from director as well as member of Audit committee due to work change.

According to relevant stipulations of and , the resignation of Ms. Yang Fang will not cause the amount of directors below the minimum legal requirement and thus will not impact the normal operation of the Board. The resignation go effective right after the resignation report is received by the Board.

During the tenure of director, Ms. Yang Fang has performed the duty honestly with due diligence. The Company and the Board extend sincere gratitude to Ms. Yang Fang for her contributions to the Company during her tenure
