PANAJI : Baris Kaya, Director of Turkish film ‘Rauf’, which is vying for coveted golden peacock at the ongoing International Film Festival of India (IFFI), said the environment was increasingly becoming difficult for making films in Turkey.
Talking to mediapersons here, he said his film is a Kurdish and Turkish joint collaboration.
He said his film depicts the story of a platonic love relation between a nine-year-old boy with a 20-year- old girl, under the shadow of war. Baris Kaya was the assistant director on Nefes. He has directed award-winning commercials. (AGENCIES)
