Currently an analyst for the Longhorn Network, Heisman Trophy winning running back Ricky Williams has some of the best access to Texas football imaginable. That doesn't mean he cannot be wrong when talking about the Longhorns, as he was Saturday while sharing his analysis of star RB D'Onta Foreman.

According to LHN, Williams believes that Foreman is better than he was at Texas.

The 1998 Heisman Trophy winner is humble by nature and certainly showing it here. Either that or he's letting his own love of Texas football cloud his judgement. While Foreman has emerged as the top running back in the Big 12 and is certainly a contender for the top individual awards, Williams is one of the best college football talents ever.

Heading into Friday's game against TCU, Foreman ranked third on the school's single-season rushing list with 1,863 yards. He moved into second during the game's first quarter. Williams is the only Texas back to run for more yards in his first 10 games of action.
