Peguis RCMP are investigation a fatal crash that killed two 19-year-old women on Wednesday.
Around 8:15 p.m., police responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 17 in Hodgson, Man.
According to RCMP, the car was travelling eastbound on the highway when it entered the south ditch and rolled multiple times.
Two 19-year-old women from Fisher River, Man. were inside the vehicle. They were pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police said speed is considered to be a contributing factor in the crash. They also said both women were wearing their seatbelts.
The investigation is ongoing.
