DETROIT, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Rookie Laquon Treadwell will be a starting wide receiver for the Minnesota Vikings for its Thanksgiving Day battle against the Detroit Lions. Treadwell has just one catch for 15 yards this season. This is his first NFL start. Diggs has been officially declared inactive for the contest. He has 747 yards and two scores in nine games for the Vikings.

Most of these Vikings wide receivers will be hard to trust in this matchup. If I was forced to start one of them, it would likely be Adam Theilen, who will also return punts during the contest. Theilen is a WR3 after piling up 65 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals. The Lions have allowed 11 scores to wide receivers this season.
