Ahmedabad: A team of Commissioner, Food and Drugs Regulatory Authority, Gandhinagar raided premises of Rakesh Hasmukhbhai Patel in Bavla near Ahmedabad today and seized a stock of Kodin mixed syrup which was sold at Patel’s place privately. The raid was conducted by Assistant Commissioner(Ahmedabad Rural circle). 48 bottles of Kodin mixed syrups along with other stock were seized value of which is around Rs 10,500. Samples of two types of drug were sent to laboratory in Vadoara. FIR has been filed in Bavla police station in this regard.
