MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for seeking public opinion on his mobile app. Taking a jibe at PM, the Hyderabad MP said that Modi has sought public opinion in a country where more than 40 crore people are illiterate, while 20 crore work in unrecognised sector. “PM Modi wants a Survey on his app in a country where 40 crore people illiterates,20 crore people work in unorganised sectors,60 have died,” he said in a Tweet.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday asked the people to directly convey their views to him on demonetisation via his official mobile application. The PM asked the public to participate in a survey where he has asked ten questions with regard to scrapping of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 currency notes.

“I want your first-hand view on the decision taken regarding currency notes. Take part in the survey on the NM App,” he said in a tweet.

The application has posed questions like, ‘Do you have any suggestions/ideas or insights you would like to share with PM Narendra Modi’.
