MUMBAI: A
female commuter,
Sneha Shriyan (28), who had accidentally left behind a bag, containing valuables worth Rs 1.1 lakh in a
Western Railway local recently, got it back; thanks to the
Railway Protection Force (RPF).
The bag contained a MacBook Air, Rs 10,200 in cash, three credit/debit cards, PAN card, a make-up kit, a laptop and a USB cable. An RPF constable found the bag in the first-class ladies compartment of a Churchgate-Borivli train around 6.41 pm on Friday.
After ensuring that there was no explosives, the RPF found Shriyan’s phone number and returned the bag after verifying.
