Sanjeeda Sheikh, Vatsal Sheth to reunite for second season of Ek Hasina Thi?

When asked about it, Sanjeeda told indianexpress.com, “It is a surprise and that’s all I can say. Right now, I won’t comment on what it is about.”

Ek Hasina Thi, a finite series, aired from April to December 2014. The crime thriller was loosely based on American series Revenge and had Sanjeeda and Vatsal pitted against each other.

It was always believed that the show has the potential for a second season as it was left open ended. The last shot was of a happy Durga (Sanjeeda) with Dev (Bhuvnesh Mam) and the whole family standing. Durga then receives a call with the caller ID flashing the name of Shaurya (Vatsal).

Sanjeeda was last seen on the small screen in Ishq Ka Rang Safed, which ended its run in August this year. Vatsal previously starred in Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar.
