David Schwimmer, Jessica Hecht and More Set for AFTER ORLANDO Readings in NYC

AFTER ORLANDO, directed by Wendy C. Goldberg, is an international theater action comprised of more than 70 short plays written in response to the tragic shooting at Pulse Nightclub on June 12, 2016, and the growing devastating history of gun violence in the United States and worldwide.

Just announced, Ana Nogueira, Amir Arison, Jeffrey Omura, Alejandro Rodriguez and Greg Hildreth will be participating in a New York reading this Sunday, November 20, while David Schwimmer, Jessica Hecht and Cassie Beck are confirmed for the reading on Sunday, December 4, all at the DR2 Theatre (103 East 15th Street).

Each of the New York readings will be followed by a themed talkback focused on four topics: Art & Activism, Gun Control: The State of the Nation, LGTBQ Community & Hate Crimes, and Art & Terrorism.

Wendy C. Goldberg, Artistic Director of the National Playwrights Conference at The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, will direct the readings at the DR2 Theatre, each with a different cast. Tickets ($50 - $75) to After Orlando can be purchased at ticketmaster.com.
