AICTE Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) exam 2017 will be conducted soon and candidates appearing for the exam with the exam preparation can go through the list of the documents. AICTE CMAT conducted by All India Council for Technical Education is a three hour computer based online test which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate’s ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. The score of CMAT score will  be accepted by all AICTE-Approved Institutions/University Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. The CMAT 2017 will be conducted on  January 28th,  2017 while January 29th, 2017 is a reserved day. Here is the list of documents which need to be carried to the examination hall.

  • Candidates appearing for CMAT test in India are required to note that they need to bring the following identification documents on the test day:
  • Self Attested copy of CMAT 2017 Admit Card with recent passport size photo pasted on it. It is important for the note that the aspirants need to have at least one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification.
  • The name on the photo identification must match your name as entered in the CMAT application. Acceptable forms of photo identification types are limited to Driver’s license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, UID card or a notarized Affidavit (in English) with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address.
  • Photocopies of the original are not acceptable. Candidates will not be permitted to take the test if photo identification is not presented. SC/ST candidates are required to bring the valid caste certificate in Original and an attested  photocopy.
  • Physically Disabled candidates are required to bring the valid Disability certificate in Original and an attested photocopy.
  • The attestation will be done by the institute head. It is also warned that in case the aspirants store all other personal items at the test centre its at at their own risk.  An advisory has been issued on the official website that the aspirants do not bring any other items to the test centre, as they are not permitted into the testing centre. In case the aspirants wish to appear for the CMAT 2017 Exam, the applicants must be a citizen of India. Secondly the graduates in any discipline can apply for CMAT exam. The final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for academic year 2017-18 will also be eligible for the  CMAT online exam. CMAT will be conducted at various cities which include Agartala, Ahmedabad, Admednagar, Allahabad, Amravati, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhavnagar, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Bhuj, CVHandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Davangere, Dehradun, Delhi, Dhanbad, Dharwad, Durgapur, Gulbarga, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hyderabad, Indore, Jabapur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Kanpu, Kochi, KOlhapur, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mangalore, Meerut, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Nasik, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Panaji, Patna, Pune, Rajkot, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar, Surat, Trivandrun, Udaipur, Vadodara, Varnasi and Visakhapatnam.
