Brilliance Crossover Coming in Jan.

Pars Khodro, a subsidiary of SAIPA, plans to bring another Chinese-derived Brilliance model to Iran in January. The new car, which is part of the same family of the other Brilliance models, including H220, H230, H320 and H330, is believed to be the SUV member of the family. The car dubbed Brilliance C3 in China is the largest of the range and will be produced by Pars Khodro in the coming months at its local facility, Asre Khodro reported on November 13. The vehicle has already gone on display at a Pars Khodro showroom in Tehran with the same brand name. The vehicle is estimated to be priced at 550 million rials($15,280 at market exchange rate) to 600 million rials ($16,700), according to the company’s official literature. The model was first presented at Shanghai Auto Show in 2013, based on the same Brilliance platform. It has a 1.5-liter engine and comes with both manual and automatic transmissions.
