NVIDIA (NVDA) announced a 22 percent increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per share from $0.115 per share, to be paid with its next quarterly cash dividend on December 19, 2016, to all shareholders of record on November 28, 2016.

Quest Diagnostics has increased its quarterly dividend to $0.45 per share from $0.40 per share, commencing with the dividend payable January 25, 2017 to holders of record of the common stock on January 10, 2017.

Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) announced an increase in its dividend for the quarter ending December 31, 2016. Acadia's Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.26 per Common Share payable on January 13, 2017 to holders of record as of December 30, 2016. This compares with a $0.25 dividend per Common Share paid for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. In addition, Acadia announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per Common Share also payable on January 13, 2017 to holders of record as of December 30, 2016.

National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common share payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 15, 2016. This increase in the Company's quarterly dividend is the second increase this year, and represents an annualized dividend rate of $0.96, a 9% increase over the previous annualized dividend rate of $0.88 per share.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (APC) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the company's common stock of 5 cents per share, payable Dec. 28, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 14, 2016.

Waste Management (WM) announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.41 per share payable December 16, 2016 to stockholders of record on December 2, 2016.

Martin Marietta Materials (MLM) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.42 per share on the Corporation's common stock. This dividend, which represents a cash dividend of $1.68 per share on an annualized basis, is payable December 30, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016.

Gap (GPS) authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share payable on or after January 25, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 4, 2017.
