Brazilian Grand Prix 2016: Where to Watch Practice Live, Preview and Track Facts

Formula One continues its American sojourn and has now moved from the north to the south and arrived at Sao Paulo, Brazil for the penultimate round of the 2016 season.

The Drivers' title race is reaching its climax with Nico Rosberg favourite to win his first title and make it the second father/son duo to win a title after Keke Rosberg took the title in 1982. The first to do it were Graham Hill in 1968 and his son Damon Hill in 1996.

Lewis Hamilton trails his teammate by 19-points going into the last two races of the season and has to win both the races to keep his chances alive and hope for the German to slip up either though his own doing in the race or with a mechanical failure, something that has plagued the Briton a number of times this campaign. Form however favours Rosberg as he has won the race in the last two years, while Hamilton is yet to win in Brazil in nine attempts thus far.

Rosberg can be crowned champion this weekend if he wins the race, but there are also five other scenarios which can see the German crowned 2016 Drivers' champion. Rain is forecast for the weekend and the weather can play a major part in deciding outcome of the race, like it almost did when Hamilton won his first title with McLaren in 2008.

Apart from the championship battle which will dominate headlines this weekend, quite a bit of attention has been thrown on the driver market in recent weeks, with a number of teams confirming their lineup for next season. Esteban Ocon has been confirmed as Sergio Perez's new teammate at Force India, while Renault have retained Jolyon Palmer as Nico Hulkenburg's teammate for next season.

Haas Racing Team, Manor Racing and Sauber are the three teams yet to confirm their teams for next season. The former is expected to retain Romain Grosjean, while Kevin Magnussen is expected to take the seat from Esteban Gutierrez, who is likely to be dropped from the team after inconsistent performances throughout the season.

Felipe Massa, meanwhile, will have an emotional weekend as he prepares for his final home Grand Prix. The Brazilian is retiring at the end of the season after 14-years in the sport and his current team Williams Martini Racing have prepared a special send-off with a one off livery for his car this weekend.
