If Jermaine Jones sees the field for the USMNT on Friday against Mexico, keep a close eye his proximity to Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez.

In an interview with Univision leading up to the World Cup qualifier in Columbus, Jones said that Hernandez always complains to the referee and once called him a small boy.

"He's always talking, like 'Referee here, referee here,'" Jones said. "You can see I pull him right here [signaling video of a USA-Mexico match] and I said, 'Small boy, come here. We have to talk.'

"And I told him, 'Stop always explaining.'"

Small boy? Am I the only one that thinks that is an insult? It seems as if Jones didn't mean it to be negative, but Hernandez is no dummy and understands English perfectly well from his time at Manchester United. Jones said things are cool between them but said that Chicharito essentially pushes the envelope.

The two had their most heated clash in the 2011 Gold Cup final. Take a look.

We'll have to wait and see if they clash on Friday night.
