Yuzhou Properties (01628) said the sales of the group for October amounted to Rmb1,722 million, an increase of 20.3% from a year earlier, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold of 178,849 square metres.
In the first ten months of 2016, the accumulated sales of group was Rmb20,380 million, up 102% year-on-year and completing 93% of the Group's 2016 revised full year contracted sales target of Rmb22,000 million. The corresponding GFA sold was about 1.62 million square metres. The average selling price was Rmb12,602 per square metre.
In addition, about Rmb761 million was subscribed but in the process of signing contracts.
