Kalki temple issue reaches SC

SAMBHAL: Achrya Pramod Krishnam of Shri Kalki Foundation have filed a petition against the Uttar Pradesh director general of police (DGP), commissioner of Moradabad division, district magistrate and superintendent of police of Sambhal, Samajwadi Party leader Shafeeq Ur Rehman Barq, Muslim Kissan Union president Inam Ur Rehman in the Supreme Court for objecting the construction of a Kalki temple at Kalki Dham in Aychora Kambho village.
Speaking to TOI, Achrya Pramod Krishnam, said, "We have filed the petition against state government officials in the Supreme Court against issuing of notice by Sambhal district magistrate and not allowing us to construct the Kalki temple inside the Kalki Dham premises. Rituals and prayers are being conducted at the dham since from the past 15 years."
