The company now expects to report full year EPS of $2.20 to $2.40, compared to prior expectations of $3.25 to $3.50. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $3.24.
Fluor gapped down sharply Friday, but traded in a range throughout the session. The stock closed with a loss of 6.99 at $44.80 on the highest volume of the year. Fluor sank to an 8-month low.
