Captain Amarinder Singh joint candidate of Cong, SAD

JALANDHAR: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and senior advocate H S Phoolka accused Punjab Congress chief Captain Amarinder Singh of being the common candidate for Congress and SAD-BJP for the post of chief minister. He said CBI is delaying investigation against Congress leader Jagdish Tytler in a case pertaining to the 1984 anti-Sikh riots at the behest of the Union government.
He also said Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh has been repeatedly issuing clean chits to Tytler."CBI sought time till February and it is clear that Punjab elections will be over by then," he said. tnn
