Comesa chief now honorary chair of energy agency

Comesa secretary general Sindiso Ngwenya has been elected the new honorary chairman of coordinating committee of the International Network on Small Hydro Powers 2016 – an international body that promotes use of clean energy.

The agency is comprised of 470 members in 80 countries. Ngwenya, a Zimbabwean, will serve for three years.
