DuPont Announces Winners Of DuPont™ Kevlar® Glove Innovation Awards In North America

Entries Showcase Breakthrough New Glove Designs

Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) - DuPont Protection Solutions (DuPont) today announced the winners of the third annual DuPont™ Kevlar® Glove Innovation Awards in conjunction with the 2016 National Safety Council Congress & Expo in Anaheim, California. These awards are designed to recognize innovative glove designs from licensees of DuPont™ Kevlar® who are meeting evolving marketplace needs using Kevlar® fiber in their glove construction. Winners of the 2016 Innovation Awards in North America include: Memphis Ninja N9878BNF from MCR Safety; G-Tek Kev 09-K1600 and G-Tek Kev 09-K1640 from Protective Industrial Products; 505KGWS Endura® Deluxe Cut-Resistant Welding and Contender™ Cut-Resistant Kevlar® Blend from Superior Glove Works; and Safety Lime Hybrid Lined with Kevlar® from Youngstown Glove. Winners in Europe will be announced during Expoprotection, which will be held in Paris in November 2016.

Wearers will benefit from these award-winning new glove designs by experiencing enhanced protection, increased dexterity, durability and wind- and water-proofing, which are all critical for worker safety and performance in extreme conditions.
