JAMMU, Nov 2: MV International School organized the Investiture Ceremony to honour the Prefectorial Body of the session 2016-2017.
The ceremony invested 30 appointments from classes 12th, 11th, 10th and 5th with the power to govern the council. The Prefects received their badges, sashes and took the Oath, devoting them to the well being of their duty, school and the country.
S.K Sharma, Additional Commissioner Income Tax, Jammu & Kashmir was the chief guest on the occasion. The Chairman of School, Hira Lal Abrol, welcomed the chief guest and parents of the Council members. The programme began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp followed by the presentation of the baton of responsibilities to the elected students.
