Parsan Energi takes LPG carrier for $12.5m

Turkey’s Parsan Energi has taken the 7,396 cu m LPG carrier Botafogo Gas from Singapore-based MH Progress Line for $12.5m. The ship is on charter to Vitol and was built in 2009 at Japanese yard Murakami Hide.

Istanbul-headquartered Parsan had earlier this year taken the 20-year-old 6,500 cu m Windsor LPG tanker for $5m.
