Kate Middleton is behind the huge spike in nose jobs this past year

There's no doubt Duchess Kate is an icon of this generation. People are always wondering about the secrets to Kate's beautiful hair, clothes and even shoes!

Well, not only do people want to dress like her -- but they're trying to look like her, too.

People want to be like the Duchess so much, they're willing to go under the knife for it. According to a plastic surgeon in the UK, Kate's nose is so desirable, it's spiked a 15 percet increase in nose operations in the past year.

They're even calling her little button nose "the Duchess." Cosmetic surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva says her nose has the most ideal "nasal tip rotation," and as a result, it's requested by both male and female patients alike.

''Kate is one of the most beautiful women in the world but it is her nose that both men and women want to replicate. It defines her beauty and is one of the reasons why rhinoplasty has never been more popular," Dr. De Silva said.

While the noses of Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie are also frequently requested, Kate's definitely takes the cake. 'It is the most common facial plastic procedure but it is also the most sophisticated," the surgeon said.

The doctor's practice has seen a 25 percent rise in procedures, many of them asking for Kate's face.
