    I am a working professional and my budget is Rs 1 crore. Can you advise on some suitable locations in Navi Mumbai to invest in?
    Kharghar has emerged as one of the most preferred residential clusters in Navi Mumbai. Located on the Sion Panvel Highway, Kharghar is set amidst tranquility and the green. It also has a fair mix of open space and recreation zone like Central Park, golf course, malls and multiplex. Highlights of the location include overall connectivity, vicinity to excellent educational institutions, retail, healthcare and hotels.

    A budget of Rs 1 crore would get you spacious apartments. Vashi, Nerul, Seawoods are also good established locations, with excellent accessibility and support infrastructure. However, over the years, property prices have spiraled up considerably, and apartment with amenities have breached affordability at these locations.

    I am confused between two locations, Thane and near Navi Mumbai airport. Which one would be a better location for investment?
    Thane is a better option for investment. All support infrastructure like healthcare, education, retail and entertainment are within the cluster. With its existing infrastructure supported by accessibilities to all important clusters through roadways and rail, Thane has emerged as one of the most preferred destinations to invest in the MMR. Navi Mumbai airport plan has already been factored multiple times in pricing and I now see risk of pricing coming down if the airport is delayed further. In wake of the uncertainty in timelines, it is not the most ideal destination to make investments.

    I am an IT professional in Gurgaon. I am being transferred to Bengaluru, where my office will be at the ORR (Outer Ring Road). I need a house on rent and my budget is Rs 30,000-40,000 per month. Can you suggest some good locations?
    There are key micro markets adjoining ORR, that have excellent support and social infrastructure like Sarjapur road, Bellandur, Panathur, Marathahalli, Haralur Road, Mahadevapura that are highly preferred by IT employees. Properties on main road of ORR location such as Sobha Hibiscus, Sobha Daisy, Mantri Espana, Adarsh Palm Retreat are very close to leading IT tech parks like ECO Space, Embassy Tech Village, Prestige Tech Park, Salarpuria Soft Zone, Cessna Business Park and also surrounded with shopping malls like Bangalore Central Mall, Soul Space Arena Mall, Phoenix Market City, Big Bazaar, Total Mall.
