Accused seeks case transfer

INDORE : Shelam Khajanchi, one of the accused in attack on high court bar association vice president Ritesh Inani, sought for the case to be transferred to some other court.
This plea was moved before the Indore bench of high court by Surbh Khajanchi, Shelam's sister, on the grounds that no lawyer was ready to represent them in court on this petition. A division bench of Justice PK Jaiswal and Justice Virendra Singh said they will consider the application.
All the parties argued their side, with the petitioner claiming that the police was not investigating the case properly as despite lodging an FIR no arrest has been made till now.
However, the police said investigation was being undertaken under the supervision of the inspector general of the police.
