A member of the AOBSZC who carried a reward of Rs 20 lakh on his head. Hailing from Bagata Bakuru village of Visakhapatnam, he headed the Malkangiri division for a long time and was allegedly responsible for planning and execution of the 2008 Alampakka attack that killed 38 including 35 Greyhounds of Andhra Pradesh.
