Most ladies feel comfortable in a well designed and neat environment. In most cases women desire to do shopping of toiletries but men think that is a waste of time.
2. Men like it that way
The reasoning behind "it is better that way" was discovered by men with their usual demeaning of things. they lack the patience of doing things right for themselves, that is why you will even find a mans socks in a fridge.

Men in most instances prefer to ignore the obvious and give an excuse for it. Most lads believe that cleanliness is a woman's job, nothing tied to a man.

Viva! a man praises himself, a man is supposed to be disorganized in order for him to find an orderly woman or the other way round. So the men folk prefer the former rather than the latter.
This is surprisingly shocking but yea, this is what really makes men of today and yesterdays world. If such thing like a simple tissue paper is a hard task to put on a roll, then it must be a hard nut to crack for a woman to change a today mans behavior.
