True Food Kitchen's CEO, the daughter of MLB commissioner Bud Selig and a used car dealership owner were among the buyers and sellers of this week's priciest homes in metro Phoenix.

Wendy Prieb-Selig, daughter of Major League Baseball commissioner Bud Selig, and her husband Laurel Prieb, sold the home.
