Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Oct 25 2016 6:51PM Police moves court for cancellation of Rocky’s passportGaya, Oct 25 (UNI) A day after Bihar government filed a SLP in the Supreme Court seeking the cancellation of bail to Rocky Yadav, main accused in the sensational road rage killing of a youth, the district police have sought cancellation of Rocky’s passport to pre-empt his escape from the country.Gaya City Superintendent of police Avkash Kumar told UNI this evening that the police had moved the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (IX) Suresh Prasad Mishra with a plea to order cancellation of passport of Rocky Yadav on the ground that he might escape from the country.The Patna High Court had granted bail to Rocky Yadav, the son of a suspended JD(U) MLC, on Wednesday last, in a case of killing a youth in Gaya over road rage.
