After the U.S. Grand Prix Nico Rosberg turned to some classic Bon Jovi to ease the disappointment of finishing second to teammate Lewis Hamilton.
The result in Austin saw Rosberg maintain a healthy 26-point championship lead over Hamilton with three races to go, but means he is still yet to win a U.S. Grand Prix. After the race Rosberg and Mercedes visited Pete's Duelling Piano Bar on Austin's 6th Street, a popular venue for fans and teams during the U.S. Grand Prix weekend, to celebrate the constructors' championship wrapped up one race earlier in Japan.
Though the phrase may better describe Hamilton's current title hopes, during the evening Rosberg jumped on stage to sing Bon Jovi's Livin' on a Prayer -- duetting with Manor driver and Mercedes junior Esteban Ocon for good measure. Rosberg later posted a snippet of the performance to Twitter:

Rosberg also sung on stage at the bar last year just hours after losing the title to Hamilton at the 2015 race. On that occasion he called Hamilton, watching on from the rafters, to come and join him but the world champion declined the invitation. Ocon, meanwhile, may be hoping a future Mercedes seat is not awarded to him on the basis of his karaoke skills.
Rosberg also celebrated Mercedes' success with the Queen classic We Are the Champions, seen below in a video posted to Twitter by fan @SimonTipple:
