PENANG Free School’s 200th birthday made it into the Malaysia Book of Records twice — for the first school to be issued with commemorative stamps and the largest alumni gathering of 3,130 Old Frees.

For the record, the school had its first stamps issued during the 150th anniversary celebration, but there was no Malaysia Book of Records then.
