Constable suspended for inciting leave protests
allegedly inciting his colleagues across the state to go on mass-leave protesting the injustice meted out to constables.

SHIVAMOGGA: DY Kiran Kumar, a police constable attached to the town police station in Shikaripur, has been suspended for allegedly inciting his colleagues across the state to go on mass-leave protesting the injustice meted out to constables. Shivamogga SP Abhinav Khare suspended Kirankumar after examining the WhatsApp and Facebook posts of the latter. Police said Kiran had sent several messages to many constables across the state.
