BHOPAL: An autorickshaw driver and his accomplice allegedly gangraped a 27-year-old woman in Katni district on Monday morning.
The survivor hails from Panna. She alighted from a train at Katni railway station and took an autorickshaw (MP 20-R 3110) to go to Murwara railway station. However, the accused autorickshaw driver took her to a deserted place where he along with his accomplice took turns on her, police said.
"The survivor has accused the two of raping her.
She is not able to provide any other identity of the accused," Kotwali police station incharge, SPS Baghel told TOI.
Superintendent og police Katni district, Gaurav Tiwari said the accused duo has been rounded up and being interrogated.
