RAWALPINDI: More dengue wards have been established in Allied Hospitals Rawalpindi in the wake of rise in dengue patients to alarming proportion. Islamabad administration has also started setting up more special wards in the hospitals due to day-to-day increasing dengue patients. Sources said that now twin cities will conduct joint operation for eradication of dengue epidemics. The number of dengue patients has surpassed 2,000 in both cities. ADCG Nazia Parveen Sudhan said that Islamabad was responsible for eruption of dengue fever and more dengue fever patients were pouring from Islamabad into Rawalpindi.
