Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu nods to station after Panvel of trans-Harbour line

The station at Bhingarwadi on the Panvel-Karjat line could serve the commuters of 11 villages beyond Panvel that are not served by the suburban railways now. People of these villages – Khanavali, Poyanje, Bhingarwadi, Bhingar, Shedung, Vardoli, Bherle, Belavali and Machiprabal, among others – have been facing innumerable difficulties in the absence of a railway station close to them.
