Killar (Chamba), October 24
A meeting of the Block Congress Committee was held at Killar in the tribal Pangi valley of Chamba district yesterday which was presided over by the Himachal Forest Minister Thakur Singh Bharmouri.
Addressing the meeting, Bharmouri advised the rank and file of the Congress party to work in close coordination with their party colleagues so that the Congress party could get majority in the 2017 Assembly elections.
Bharmouri appealed to the Congress workers to spread information about the policies of the Congress government launched for the wellbeing of the people and maintain contact with the masses.
Addressing the meeting, the Himchal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) general secretary Amit Bharmouri gave instructions to the officer-bearers of the block Congress committee to help the people by getting their works done.
Block Congress president Devender Sharma was also present in the meeting.
