Addressing a press conference here this afternoon, Mr Bitta, who was in the city to create awareness about terrorism in border areas of the country, said that with rising incidents of terrorist attacks along international border in Kashmir, the Central government should present its case strongly and convince them to declare Pakistan a terrorist country.
