NEW DELHI: PWD will be starting road restoration in
south Delhi from Monday. The project has been divided into two lots, the Outer Ring Road stretch from IIT to
Jia Sarai and the
Hansraj Sethi Marg.
“Under this project, that was earlier initiated in east Delhi, we will be carrying out resurfacing of important south Delhi roads. The first project has been estimated at Rs 27 crore under which 13 stretches will be tackled.
These will include August Kranti Marg and
Qutub Minar Road. In the second project, estimated at Rs 14 crore, eight stretches will be resurfaced including Bhairon Marg, Andrews Ganj Road no 3 and others,“ said an official.
