Mediamen at receiving end after Adnan Sami show

KANPUR: The Adnan Sami show held on late Sunday night became an unpleasant event when some of the mediapersons were allegedly harassed by the students and the security persons.
It was a fallout of mediamen trying to cover the Adnan Sami show from close quarters. This was an enclosure assigned for media and VIP.
The mediapersons walked out of the event and boycotted covering it. Antaragni media coordinator Yogita blamed media people for the mess and added that there are certain guidelines that are to be followed.
She added that if media has issues with arrangements they should not come to cover the event. tnn
